I was looking through a recently bought lot of 8ore stamps and checked the following Study Group link: 8 øre tryk 15 pos. 16 ore tryk 13 pos. 58 - Ny position for OF.1.103? 20.01.2008

and

16 ore tryk 9 pos. 69 - ny OF? 18.06.2008

I think that they both show 16 ore OF1.103
