4o unknown plates in TOFDATA

I have compiled missing plates - from archive. search the board for these, and note positions reported
1895 period shows most missing plates ... of known plates, many are reconstructions. these are not verified or certified by KPK
the late group post 1895, does not attract much attention from bicolorist. the BRO cancel, obliterates too much of the design.
BRO2 was lighter, come gone it required less ink.
