I have looked over the whole sheets available on this site and found additional features that can be useful for identifying position A46/46 in printings from 4 øre printing 1 to 3 øre printing 1.
4 øre printing 1:

In 25 øre printing 1 there is an additional spot which I have circled:

This spot is also seen in 12 øre printing 1:
